The wagon’s new-generation hydraulic system, using integrated parallel control blocks, offers up to 30% greater efficiency. A high-torque American hydraulic motor drives the 1,220 mm wide conveyor for fast, consistent feed-out. The new variable angle elevator provides optimal flow and control. The Tandem sprung suspension with braked axles gives a smooth, stable ride and reduces structural fatigue at higher travel speeds.
Operators also benefit from easy maintenance access, optional load cells for precise weighing and a removable loading foot for stability when loading. The New model will have a separate body to teasing chamber which will prevent weld fatigue and simplify the weighing system.
