The FARMASTER 5t is a very popular model due to good capacity at 3.3m deck length and the telescopic ram capacity give great lift and of course on a single axle a really well priced entry level trailer for the farm. Only needs from 60hp to 90hp to operate depending on the hills, but a very capable trailer that is very stable due to low centre of gravity, extremely wide footprint and high ground clearance due to the way we have mounted the 3 stage Italian ram. A very user-friendly trailer in operation generally sold with a single axle but we can do a tandem option if that’s what is required.

Features
The Farmaster range of trailers has been designed for general farm use, this means unique features are common to all models. We believe you are making the right choice and here’s why:
A fast-tipping body via Italian made telescopic cylinder that goes to 60° will ensure even sticky loads will tip.
Full RHS chassis with single drawbar member gives high strength and maximum turning circle.
The 1-piece sides are hinged and easily removable with a tailgate that lifts off its hinges allowing the trailer to be used without the rear door, as there are corner sockets in the deck that locate the tailgate posts for securing the sides.
This is a very functional trailer for any operation, and is fitted as standard with rope rails to tie the load on with ease and have a really simple but effective rear door locking system that self opens and closes the tailgate as the body tips, spreading chains then ensuring the right amount of material is being spread.
A particular feature is that the headboard can lift out of its location sockets. Bolsters can then be fitted to the 4 corner sockets making the flatbed ideal for poles/pipe transport.
We offer as an option the very popular swing round tailgate to all FARMASTER trailers. It is so easy to use, making life easier as it can be locked down the side whilst in transport. There is no need to remove when not in use.
Wheel options are either 11.5 x 15.3 as standard or 400/60×15.5 is the most common option.
