• Fitted with the unique trough feeding elevator which is fixed or can be supplied hydraulic if required, fitted with a heavy mesh headboard with RHS frame keeping the product contained and an optional frame that can fit on the fork frame if required
• All Farmec Linkage feeders are bi-directional feed, so unlike other brands you can feed on either side on the machine, with either fast un-rolling with the bale or slower teasing against the roll.
• Fitted on models, either R1-0 or the R1-1 with the unique rota shredder and cleaning comb, this feeder offers aggressive action on tight bales, fitted with a heavy mesh headboard with RHS frame keeping the product contained and an optional frame that can fit on the fork frame if required.
• Floor chains are heavy duty 2” pitch as standard. This is 6,800lbs breaking strain which is better than a lot of the 3”. As well as increased strength and a cost advantage in the replacement, it also reduces motor torque requirements due to the articulation of 2” over 3” chain. We use a pressed 40 x 40 RHS with aggressive spikes to ensure uniformed feed-out.
• Self-loading forks which easily fit to the tractor link arms via the double lug jaws with Cat II pins, these are conus machined 60mm solid bar with one tine 100mm longer than the other for ease of aligning.
• The heavy duty hi-torque American hydraulic motor ensures that every bale will be fed out. The motor connects via the self-meshing heavy duty drive dogs allowing for quick attachment (there is no need to get off the tractor seat). With a quick release rope to the tractor cab or hydraulic locking if needed on steep farms.
