Water Ballast Roller – Model 12-5×20

Features
The range of our Water Ballast Range has been designed to handle all conditions, with the ability to increase their impact weight with water ballasting via both 3” and 2” screw in filler points on each end plate. Outer shells are offered in both 20mm and 25mm thickness.
Full RHS chassis with single drawbar member gives high strength and maximum turning circle. All rollers are built with both shells independently rolling about a turning axle which dramatically reduces turning scrub and un-necessary ware.
Internal greasing of the axle is achieved via a ½” internal welded pipe that is braced to prevent cracking. Large 6” cast axle bearings are fitted to each end on the axle for long life as well as independent spring-loaded scrapers fitted to each shell.
